The Candidate Bulletin page also has links to 2 documents that can be filled in on your computer and printed for enclosing with your application packet. Hardcopy bulletins are now being mailed. NOTA BENE If your Level 2 or Level 3 training was completed more than 12 months ago, you MUST submit documentation of having completed an additional 50 cases, either in your practice or interpreted on a workstation, within the last 12 months. This is an eligibility requirement.
